Hampton Inn & Suites Athens-I-65 (Huntsville Area)

Had a wonderful experience here. The room was extremely clean. Beverly was very helpful with our requests. The indoor pool area was quite nice. The breakfast was plentiful and we'll maintained. They even had sprinkles. We will definitely be coming back here.

It can be very hard to find nice, clean hotels that are pet-friendly. It is absolutely worth the added pet fee. The rooms are incredibly spacious and very clean. I am very happy with my choice to stay at Hampton Inn and I highly recommend it whether you're traveling solo, with kids, or with pets!

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and the room I had was comfortable and clean. I feel they didn’t have an adequate amount of towels in the bathroom but that’s a minor thing. Breakfast was hot and ready in the morning, nothing to brag about but for a quick hot breakfast it was good. Plenty of common space downstairs for lounging or visiting. They have a nice indoor pool to use which is really nice. Only real issue is the 3 dollars they charge for parking, it’s not a lot of money but it’s the principal. The cost of the room should already be covering operating and maintenance expenses of the hotel and to nickel and dime people is just disrespectful. What’s next, charging a fee for water and electricity?

I was able to check in early thanks to the friendly lady at the front desk, which was a great start to my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. I also appreciated the well-equipped fitness center — it allowed me to get a solid workout in before bed. In the morning, I enjoyed a hot shower with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was a bit lacking as they were out of milk, but the hot scrambled eggs did the trick and I started my day with a full stomach. Overall, a pleasant stay. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

We stayed there twice, seven days apart. It's a nice Hampton Inn, with a very nice pool, exercise room, and dining area, and it's located in a quiet spot away from other buildings. The breakfast wasn't great, there was no nightlight in the bathroom during our second stay (and I accidentally left mine there when we left ), and the beds were too soft for us. I think they needed to change the HVAC filter in the second room, since I'd start sneezing every time it came on. It was also irritating that they charged a $3 fee for parking in their lot in the middle of nowhere. It's the first time I've run into that one. Due primarily to the soft beds, we'll look for a different Hampton Inn next time we're in the area.

He stayed at this hotel on January 29, 2026. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We got a king suite and it was absolutely excellent, with a comfortable bed and lots of space for our dog. The breakfast was good and the staff was also very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Typical hotel! Everything was in good order, we didn't have any issues with our stay. Rooms clean, beds comfy and breakfast decent. Would visit again!

Comfy beds with nice pillows. I slept well. I did not hear anyone else while inside our room. The pool was a nice warm temperature and having pool towels was nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We asked for a late checkout and they said no problem. We will definitely be back when visiting the area again.
